Multiple CSD criteria[edit]

Hi, just a small tip. There's a nice little template {{db-multi}}, for nominating a page for speedy deletion on the basis of multiple criteria at once. More compact and elegant than putting multiple separate CSD templates on the same page. :) — Smjg (talk) 00:51, 24 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Smjg. Thanks for that tip, I'm going to use that now. It's much simpler too. Aamri2 (talk) 02:43, 25 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Assistance Please[edit]

Hi there - I made a page for the band I manage, Tula. They need the page for publication purposes. I'm new to Wikipedia and not totally sure why you deleted it and what I need to do to revive it. Would you mind providing some guidance?

Thanks in advance! Mountainmusiccollective (talk) 21:20, 29 June 2017 (UTC)mountainmusiccollective[reply]

Hi, @Mountainmusiccollective:. I understand that you want to make the band more popular. However, Wikipedia is not for promoting. Wikipedia covers notable subjects that have been significantly and reliably covered. As well, Wikipedia generally discourages writing about something you're involved in, are, or paid to write for. If you want to publicise Tula, try marketing. Aamri2 (talk) 12:32, 1 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:46, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
