Hi there. I have restored this image for you, so that you can add the appropriate copyright information. The reason that it was deleted was that whenever images are uploaded and given a license type that Wikipedia can't use, it is automatically put into a "speedy deletion" category (see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion, specifically item I3). Candidates for speedy deletion are deleted almost immediately.
I've marked the restored image with {{untagged}} which gives you seven days to apply a copyright tag before anyone tries to delete it again. A tag has been placed on File:Don Hings.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}tothe top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay.
