Hello @Brainzones:, I thought I should further explain my reversion of your edit on List of current monarchies. You are correct that the United Arab Emirates has a president, but that president is the ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the prime minister is the ruler of Emirate of Dubai. Similar to Malaysia and the Vatican City, the United Arab Emirates is an elective monarchy.
