The article Edwy Lyonet Talma has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not appear to meet WP:GNG. A couple of passing mentions, a couple of obits, and a Who's Who entry (not considered reliable), but no WP:SIGCOV.

It summarizes the issues with using obituaries on Wikipedia. I reviewed the obituaries you cited and they seem marginal as sources. Maybe they’re adequate, maybe not. I’d give this article about a 80% chance of getting deleted in a WP:AFD discussion as it stands now, which is too bad since we need more coverage like this. —A.
