I was trying to find an editor on DEWiki who may be interested in making an article in German on en:Raise the Red Lantern (novella). The German translation has a doozy of a history based on a German newspaper article. Do you know German, Dutch, Russian, and Japanese speakers who may be interested in writing about the novella in the respective languages? (doesn't have to be a full translation of the Enwiki article, but a start/stub)

Hello CWH! I was patrolling a page that you had created, and was wondering about it's target. In particular, the "Napoleon's "China is a sleeping giant" quote. At a first glance, this page title seems quite drawn-out, and the redirect you created of China is a sleeping dragon, while not the primary version of the quote, already feels like a much more approachable title.
First and foremost, the subject of the article appears to be the quote. Because of this, it seems to me that the title of the page shouldn't start with "Napoleon", but rather the title should simply BE the quote itself. Of course, I would still like to keep the existing title as a redirect for navigation purposes, but I'm not as familiar with this particular subject matter. From my eyes, the subject is not Napoleon, but his alleged quote, and therefore his name should be in the lede instead of the title. Please advise, and thank you.
