The changing username guideline allows a username that is not being actively used to be usurped if the user is given an opportunity to object and does not do so.

Hi, I noticed that you recently opened some Request Move discussions. It would be better if you follow these directions that way there can be a centralized article to have the discussions, especially since you are requesting the name change on all the articles for the same reason.
