Harvard University Edit War[edit]

Just to be clear, I was not referring to you. Someone else wanted my edit to be reverted as a result of conflicting viewpoints. Thank you for understanding. Senomo Drines (talk) 00:42, 26 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, no problem. Thanks for clarifying and letting me know. HarvardStuff (talk) 00:43, 26 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:56, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for alphabetizing the long list[edit]

Greetings @HarvardStuff, regarding you recent edits to Harvard Kennedy School to alphabetize the list of notable alumni, thank you for this. It seems that there were 212 entries before your alphabetizing and 211 afterwards. A missing one appears to be * David A. Bray (Exec '11) – recipient of the Roger W. Jones Award for Executive Leadership for lifelong public service[1] which references an expired internet link however the Internet Archive has the Harvard entry here https://web.archive.org/web/20170704182349/http://www.hks.harvard.edu/ocpa/pdf/magazine/winter2014.pdf regarding his lifelong public service award which is only given to two top government officials across the entire U.S. federal government annually.

Was this an oversight? Other HKS ExecEd graduates are listed including:

Thank you. 100.36.18.213 (talk) 17:10, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It wasn't an oversight. I excluded it because there wasn't an article on him with the editorial threshold for inclusion being that there is an article on the alumnus. If that wasn't a threshold, it would be an entirely too lengthy and ultimately unmanageable list. Feel free to create articles on any individuals you feel meet the standard of notability.
