Basically, the subject must be of interest to either the general public (shown through press attention), scholars (shown through journal articles), or industry specialists (shown through articles in trade publications.) Currently, the sources for INVEST Financial Corporation do not appear to be independent. Facebook pages, the program's own website, and twitter feeds -- these are not reliable sources in an encyclopedic sense.
