I'm not an expert in this field by any means, but I did a quick search, including skimming the link you added to Natsilingmiutut, and I didn't see anything saying that "Natchilingmiutut" is the preferred spelling, so to err on the side of historcal precedent, I reverted. If you can add a citation to confirm the preferred spelling, please do so. Then you'll want to either:

I have revised the citation on the Natsilingmiutut wiki to the Hadlari Consulting Ikajuqtigiit Society – which is the Natchilik community's language authority body – page which demonstrates the current standardized spelling of the language. The other spellings on the Natsilignmiutut wiki page are historical but no longer the expected or preferred spelling in Standard Roman or Syllabics orthographies as they do not accurately reflect the spelling of the language.
