Excuse me, but why are you saying “love interest”. You know their a couple in HTTYD 2, and betrothed in the series. Why don’t you put “Hiccup’s girlfriend” for all our sakes?! Jjwheels21 (talk) 16:06, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
Jjwheels21; If you find a source, then I will reconsider. Your edits saying "girlfriend and future wife" require a source. Do you have one? I have seen no references at all that state this. Nightfury16:09, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
I sent you a link. So could you please put Astrid as Hiccup’s girlfriend. Why would it require a source if already a couple by the time of the 2nd movie? Jjwheels21 (talk) 03:21, 15 January 2018 (UTC)
Jjwheels21:- I have not received any link, where did you send it to? Regarding sourcing, despite being obvious in the second film, it is too early to assume, as you put it "girlfriend and future wife", the term "girlfriend" isn't used in the film, "future wife" is mentioned loosely by Stoick granted, but take note of WP:CRYSTALBALL point 3, which states that speculation cannot be tolerated. If they proposed in the film, it would be a different matter and thus be allowed into the article. Nightfury13:19, 15 January 2018 (UTC)

Palmiped, I would actually disagree with that as now it looks messy by introducing a load of empty whitespace to the article. Each to their own I suppose. Nightfury14:47, 5 February 2018 (UTC)

We are very close to eliminating the backlog completely; please help by reviewing a few extra articles each day!
New Year Backlog Drive results:
We made massive progress during the recent four weeks of the NPP Backlog Drive, during which the backlog reduced by nearly six thousand articles and the length of the backlog by almost 3 months!
General project update:
ACTRIAL will end it's initial phase on the 14th of March. Our goal is to reduce the backlog significantly below the 90 day index point by the 14th of March. Please consider helping with this goal by reviewing a few additional pages a day.
Reviewing redirects is an important and necessary part of New Page Patrol. Please read the guideline on appropriate redirects for advice on reviewing redirects. Inappropriate redirects can be re-targeted or nominated for deletion at RfD.

Community ban discussions must now stay open for at least 24 hours prior to being closed.
A change to the administrator inactivity policy has been proposed. Under the proposal, if an administrator has not used their admin tools for a period of five years and is subsequently desysopped for inactivity, the administrator would have to file a new RfA in order to regain the tools.
A change to the banning policy has been proposed which would specify conditions under which a repeat sockmaster may be considered de facto banned, reducing the need to start a community ban discussion for these users.
Technical news
CheckUsers are now able to view private data such as IP addresses from the edit filter log, e.g. when the filter prevents a user from creating an account. Previously, this information was unavailable to CheckUsers because access to it could not be logged.
The edit filter has a new featurecontains_all that edit filter managers may use to check if one or more strings are all contained in another given string.
Bhadani (Gangadhar Bhadani) passed away on 8 February 2018. Bhadani joined Wikipedia in March 2005 and became an administrator in September 2005. While he was active, Bhadani was regarded as one of the most prolific Wikipedians from India.
The reason I reverted the edit, is because the main picture was previously changed on February 4th see: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Great_Western_Railway_(train_operating_company)&diff=823935291&oldid=823812153 This has long been an issue where enthusiasts mainly excited young persons keep changing the main picture constantly causing arguments. The picture in question showed a good representation, I saw no need for Cloudbound to change it, hence why I reverted it before, someone else didn't like it and changed it again! As I have said in my new revert, if this keeps being an issue then I suggest removing the main photo and only having the logo.
Jzsj, I wouldnt be able to help, unfortunately, you can ask below your question on AN/I, to see if someone would know? Thanks Nightfury13:22, 7 March 2018 (UTC)

ACTRIAL's six month experiment restricting new page creation to (auto)confirmed users ended on 14 March. As expected, a greatly increased number of unsuitable articles and candidates for deletion are showing up in the feed again, and the backlog has since increased already by ~30%. Please consider reviewing a few extra articles each day.
Paid editing
Now that ACTRIAL is inoperative pending discussion, please be sure to look for tell-tale signs of undisclosed paid editing. Contact the creator if appropriate, and submit the issue to WP:COIN if necessary.
Subject-specific notability guidelines
The box at the right contains each of the subject-specific notability guidelines, please review any that are relevant BEFORE nominating an article for deletion.
While patrolling articles, if you find an editor that is particularly competent at creating quality new articles, and that user has created more than 25 articles (rather than stubs), consider nominating them for the 'Autopatrolled' user right HERE.
