Thanks for uploading File:Chengalpattu Collector office.jpeg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}}
(to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Dear User:Palanis1. I noticed you've been reverting one particular edit [1]inKovilambakkam article. I've tried to explain the reason in the edit summary but somehow you seem to not have noticed it so far. Any suburb/village within a megacity's metro area (In the case of Chennai, it's the current 1179 sq km, which is poised to expand to more than 8000 sq km soon) is considered a suburb of that city and is primarily identified so. So, no matter what the grade of the municipality, it is identified as the suburb/neighbourhood of Chennai in the lede para. That said the primary identification of Kovilambakkam is as a southern suburb of Chennai. Then we can go on to detail about it as the name of the taluk, district, etc. So I'm reverting your edit. The article is currently as an advertisement essay about the village, which is not allowed in Wikipedia (please go through the links in the welcome message at the beginning of this Talk Page to know more about Wikipedia rules). Also note that reverting edits for more than three times is considered edit warring and will result in getting blocked. So please discuss your concern in the article's talk page rather than reverting the edits. The editors here will be happy to discuss and help you. After all, the intention here is to build a quality article. Hope this helps. Thank you. Rasnaboy (talk) 16:41, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. We're ready to discuss and help you with your edits. Please cooperate by discussing in the talk page.
