Oh that is terrific! I can cross one more item off my bucket list! Sharing to MY Secret Cabal right now ... they will get a nice chuckle and maybe this will make a new shirt for our meetings. Sgerbic (talk) 18:42, 13 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Well said Louie. I was a bit affronted to see them posting an advertisement for tonight's latest video and they misspelled your name, they wrote Luck Louie or something like that. Their research skills amaze me. Today they accused me of receiving 7 million for my editing. That's a lot of potato salad! Sgerbic (talk) 19:24, 13 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It's unfortunate that Heatherly, Ford, and the other members of Crew Credulous will never read the piece. Or if they did, believe (or understand) it. JoJo Anthrax (talk) 15:22, 16 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Interesting article, he explained well enough but wish he had gone farther explaining the mess. But do you two see what I see in that article? Sgerbic (talk) 18:32, 16 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I guess I'm not that cool, or didn't read the article carefully enough. Anyway, is this mentioned anywhere appropriate here? Might even belong in a talk header. Doug Wellertalk08:54, 21 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'd like to extend a cordial invitation to you to join the Ten Year Society, an informal group for editors who've been participating in the Wikipedia project for ten years or more.
Ahhhh thank you for thinking of me! I've put it at the top of my talk page with honor. I think it's close to 16-years for me, I think I made my first edit in 2008. I didn't have a clue what I was doing for many years. :-) Congrats for your 10th anniversary Gronk! Sgerbic (talk) 01:32, 20 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Doug - While looking at the example on your user page, I stole both the WikiBirthday userbox with the dates filled in, and also your trick for a re-usable menu at the top of the page!--Gronk Oz (talk) 06:04, 21 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
