Warning[edit]

Do not expect any response to anything posted here. If for some reason your behavior here has annoyed me sufficiently to post something on your talk page reply there. I may notice your response. Silent Billy (talk) 00:22, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A discussion has begun about whether the article Queensland School for Travelling Show Children, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Queensland School for Travelling Show Children until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Kudpung (talk) 02:36, 16 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. The Wikipedia is the encyclopedia anyone can edit. There is a huge backlog, and many school articles escape new page patrolling. If you feel strongly about school articles that should be deleted, please list them in an appropriate section at WP:WPSCHOOLS and we'll review them and either improve them or submit them for a deletion process if required. Alternatively, you are welcome to propose them at WP:AfD yourself where they will receive a fair hearing.--Kudpung (talk) 02:00, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A personal warning for you (AKA overbearing person thinks he can intimidate other editors)[edit]

I am politely advising you that your comments about me on various talk pages may be bordering on a slow and indirect form of personal attack, and I would be fully within Wikipedia policies to make a formal complaint. Now delete this page as read as per your usual practice. --Kudpung (talk) 12:05, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps this isn't my battle to get involved with, but I would like to politely quote from your last post.
"I am politely advising you"
"Now delete this page"
Personally I'm unsure that this is polite, or advice. I am aware that there are many Wikipedians who find they have differences with one another, and I do not dispute that this user may in fact be slowly and indirectly abusing you. However, sometimes it is best to try the truly honest peer to peer approach of diplomacy. Far too often here, we snipe at one another to try to point score. At the end of the day, (almost) every user on en.wikipedia has made an account because they care about the project. We want to make a positive difference, and the whole ethos on en.wikipedia, is that we do it co-operatively and together.
I would urge both parties to try to remember this before replying to one another. (Note: I am a wiki nobody, and carry no authority or "well earned" respect of the administrators.. I'm just trying to do the right thing. Like you are.) Philip.t.day (talk) 19:50, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kapdung is one of those editors who thinks he is the proprietor of Wikipedia and that what he does or says is "it". I only ever heard about him because he ran an AfD on a new article I had set up. Fair enough you might say. But it was only two minutes after I had put it up and I was still actively editing it. Fortunately other editors told him to stick his AfD where the sun don't shine but as you can see he took the "keep" with ill grace. Silent Billy (talk) 12:01, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please attribute or claim media you uploaded or restored: File:Converging-canowindra-2018.jpg[edit]

You uploaded or restored , File:Converging-canowindra-2018.jpg, but for various reasons did not add an {{information}} block, or indicate your (user) name on the file description page. Media uploaded to Wikipedia needs information on the SPECIFIC authorship and source of files, to ensure that it complies with copyright laws in various jurisdictions.

If it's entirely your own work, please include {{own}} in the relevant source field, amend the {{information}} added by a third party, ensuring that your user name (or name you want used for attribution) is clear in the author field, and change the license to an appropriate "self" variant (if such a license is not already used). You should also add an |author= parameter to the license tag, to assist reviews and image patrollers. You can also add |claimed=yes and an |author=to the {{media by uploader}}or{{presumed_self}} tag if it is present to indicate that you've acknowledged the image, and license shown (and updated the {{information}} where appropriate).

If it's not entirely your own work, then please update the source and authorship fields, so that they accurately reflect the source and authors of the original work(s), as well as the derivative you created. You should also not use a "self" license unless the work is entirely you own. Media that is incorrectly claimed as self or {{own}}, will eventually be listed at Files for Discussion or deleted, unless it's full status is entirely clear to other contributors, reviewers and image patrollers.

Whilst this notification, relates to a single media upload, it would also be appreciated if you could ensure that appropriate attribution exists for other media you uploaded, You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

It's okay to remove or strike this message once the issue has been resolved :).

File source problem with File:Canowindra-2804-postmark.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Canowindra-2804-postmark.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Pioneer Brewing Co. moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Pioneer Brewing Co., is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Right now, the article has two sources, one of which is non-reliable, and the other which is just a short blurb. It needs several in-depth sources which are reliable to show notability. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Concern regarding Draft:Pioneer Brewing Co.[edit]

Information icon Hello, Silent Billy. This is a bot-delivered message letting you know that Draft:Pioneer Brewing Co., a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Drafts that have not been edited for six months may be deleted, so if you wish to retain the page, please edit it again or request that it be moved to your userspace.

If the page has already been deleted, you can request it be undeleted so you can continue working on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. FireflyBot (talk) 14:04, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Canowindra[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Canowindra appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 11:50, 12 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
