If you don't use the ntsh template, your table won't sort properly. For example, if you have a range of numbers from 1 to 20, on its own the table will sort it as 1, 10, 2, 20, 3, 4, etc. CentreLeftRight ✉ 20:55, 8 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank′s for you recent contribution to discussion on the proposed deletion of the article Johny Messo. Unfortunately, that discussion was closed today, in favor of the deletion proposal. Such outcome was quite surprising, since that article was significantly improved in recent days, and there was no clear consensus for deletion: two votes were in favor of keep, one was for complete deletion, and one was optional - for deletion or merger. Such structure of votes would imply at least relisting, but not total deletion. In theory, how would you close that discussion, in terms of immediate deleting or relisting? Your recent draftifications have been done with redirect suppression because you are a global rollbacker. However, each of those draftifications immediately created a new page at the original mainspace article title with just the {{Db-r2}} tag on it. So, you should make a request at WP:PERM/PM to make yourself a page mover so that the R2-tagging does not happen again. GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 19:07, 4 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
A question: Why are you nominating articles for deletion as redirects when they appear not in fact to be redirects? Hint; a redirect has a target article named at the foot of the text.----Anthony Bradbury"talk" 17:01, 5 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Styyx. Apologies for the double message but I just wanted to ask your opinion on something. At the present moment, we have several MLP: FIM episode articles that partially rely on Screen Rant rankings for notability. However, I've noticed that many of these rankings are just blurbs of the episode plots and I wouldn't call them "significant coverage". Since you have created a few of these, I'd like to ask your opinion on this. Do they qualify as significant coverage? If not, I think they should be redirected until notability can be established. Articles affected by this are:
And uncreated ones:
(Note: I have omitted "Pinkie Pride", "The Return of Harmony", "Twilight's Kingdom", "A Canterlot Wedding", etc. as they already establish notability without the rankings.) Pamzeis (talk) 11:18, 8 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Filli Vanilli. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Filli Vanilli), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Hi I don't see an add topic button, just this add section so here I go. I tried to be bold and create a new page for Moira Smiley. I created a draft first. I guess I didn't publish the page properly. I realized I had accidently not capitalized her last name, so the only way I could find to correct it was to move it to a new page spelled correctly. Then it got flagged, so I marked it for deletion. I'd like to try again with a fresh page. I saved the text. Please advise if you would be so kind and then I'll try again without the redirect. thanks! Colliedog (talk) 16:52, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Styyx. I'll try again and add a few more references. I believe she meets the general notability guidelines, so I'll add some more references and try again. Not sure what was wrong with links, so I'll make edits there as needed. thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Colliedog (talk • contribs) 17:59, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Styyx. Thanks for pointing out problems. I figured out what you meant about links and the external ones have been moved to that section at the bottom. I've added a couple more references to help with notability requirements. There's much more press coverage I'll add later but I'm hoping others will help with the heavy lifting once the page is discovered. thanks! Colliedog (talk) 19:15, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I think she's significant. That's why Özlem Tekin's page is really developed. We still listen her songs, for example Aşk Her Şeyi Affeder Mi? a song that you can hear on the street of Turkey in 2021. I believe music is international and if it's not enough there are many movies and series she performed. And I found she was the main character in some. For example;| Karaoğlan. For your excellent work on those village articles - very much appreciated. For info, and if you have time and/or are interested, pretty much all of the related villages in the template at the foot of the article have also had the redirect treatment done to them. I don't want to burden you with a ton of work, but if any of those places jump out at you as possible expansions, that would be fantastic. Thanks again! Hello Styyx, thanks again for rescuing sources for all those articles! I recently created an article that another reviewer judged possibly non-notable, imo, against good sense. The article Anja Daems had indeed been deleted in the past, but this shouldn't be a bias against it, or should it? There were six sources to Belgian national publishers in my first version 1. For those familiar with Belgium the subject is obviously notable, but for those who aren't, like the reviewer, that's still enough to prove notability, which can be confirmed by simply googling Anja Daems. I was then forced to add more sources, which was absolutely unnecessary and makes the article look funny at best and ugly at worst now, 2.
If you have time, I ask you to review the article measuring it against the same yardstick of Linde Merckpoel. Thank you in advance.--Cassius Fury (talk) 12:16, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for expanding some of these Turkish village stubs. Hopefully more in-depth coverage can be found, since most of the sources are just passing mentions, but it's a start. A major concern at ANI was that Koyumuz is an unreliable source, so do you think you could update the population figures with a reliable source when you restore? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dlthewave (talk • contribs)

DMySon (talk) 15:29, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Styyx, sorry to bother you again. After you reviewed the aforementioned article, the user I mentioned had the great idea of unreviewing it 1. I had tried to advise the user regarding what I perceive as a mistake made by them (the non-objective or careless review of the article), so that they may not make it in the future. I was not hoping to change their mind regarding this article, as probably visible in my message to them 2, but I had the intention of actually helping them in their extremely important task as reviewer by letting them know their mistakes. They definitely didn't like it, and the article got unreviewed.
It appears there is some fundamental error of judgement by the user, because if the article clearly met notability before, now there are thrice as many sources. Or maybe there's some problem between this user and me, or the user in the article, but: is retaliation allowed at Wikipedia?
I definitely want to report what happened, but I'm not sure the matter is serious enough to be brought to the administrators' attention. Hope to get your precious advice once again.--Cassius Fury (talk) 16:24, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like the problem is solved thanks to your mediation. Here's some baklava and, though I'm kind of a newbie, let me know if you need help with some article!--Cassius Fury (talk) 17:10, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply] |
On23 December 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article SoloTürk, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status.
