Culture of Nagorno-Karabakh

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Culture of Nagorno-Karabakh . When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. To enforce an arbitration decision, you have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for personal attacks and inflammatory conduct. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, please read the guide to appealing arbitration enforcement blocks and follow the instructions there to appeal your block.  Sandstein  22:43, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Notice to administrators: In a March 2010 decision, the Committee held that "Administrators are prohibited from reversing or overturning (explicitly or in substance) any action taken by another administrator pursuant to the terms of an active arbitration remedy, and explicitly noted as being taken to enforce said remedy, except: (a) with the written authorization of the Committee, or (b) following a clear, substantial, and active consensus of uninvolved editors at a community discussion noticeboard (such as WP:ANorWP:ANI). If consensus in such discussions is hard to judge or unclear, the parties should submit a request for clarification on the proper page. Any administrator that overturns an enforcement action outside of these circumstances shall be subject to appropriate sanctions, up to and including desysopping, at the discretion of the Committee."

If someone was topic banned on ruwiki, it does not mean he was topic banned here. It would be a good idea if you corrected your AE statement accordingly.Biophys (talk) 18:23, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Arbitration enforcement topic ban under WP:ARBAA2

[edit]

In enforcement and application of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan 2#Amended Remedies and Enforcement, you are topic-banned from Armenia and Azerbaijan, as defined at WP:TBAN. Your ban lasts for one month. The reasons for the ban are explained in this AE thread. EdJohnston (talk) 05:05, 20 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re your words: "I took a seminar of how to edit Wiki run by a group of American volunteers. That's why I was brought up to speed so quickly, and could edit Wiki easily. Such seminars are a common practice on university campuses these days." I'm wondering, can you give me more information about this. Did it just cover the technical aspects of editing and formatting articles, or did it go into wider subjects: like the internal setup of Wikipedia (administrators and so on), its funding, influences of Wikipedia, disinformation within articles and countering it, that sort of thing? Sorry, I've forgotten my password so can't sign this with my user name! 93.97.143.19 (talk) 01:15, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Xebulon for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 01:07, 9 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
