This is an article on an anti-vaccine activist (not that you'd know it from the content). It has two sources: a crank MMR-autism advocacy group and a notice of the retraction of his only well-known paper. It's a massive WP:BLP problem, it might just be OK as an article on the so-called "CDC whistleblower" hoax, which formed part of a slightly notable film by disgraced former doctor and research fraudster Andrew Wakefield.
