Oppose. These categories are created based on a template that is looking for them. While the template can be modified to not look for them, that is just pointless work that will hinder any future category creation (as it won't be red linked anymore). Furthur more, these categories are all part of a huge tree and set of categories and removing links in this tree won't help no one. Also, the fact that there is only 1 sub-category at the moment, is not because of a lack of content that fits, but because of lack of editorial focus as television programs where obviously present in the 20th centuary in most if not all of the above countries. Rename all. Fooian Barian categories are ambiguous both because it can apply to either stuff from Foo in Barorstuff from Bar in Foo, and because it is does not separate people categories and topic categories.
