Nine seconds longer than what MOS:SAMPLE intends for a 217-second song, but that's not the main issue. Indeed, no proof that the portion heard in the sample, especially part of first verse, contextually signifies the whole song lasting 217 seconds. Sure, it identifies the song, but I can't help wonder whether the song can be understood without this sample and whether deleting the sample would detriment such understanding. Furthermore, its roles are similar to that of a cover art (in terms of branding and marketing) and those of free text (that drive readers into seeking and listening the full recording).
