One Wikipedia:Signatures of living persons are a thorny area by itself. There are a lot of issues surrounding them both legally and ethically. And two, Wikipedia:Village pump (proposals)/Archive 142#RfC: Proposal - Removal of signature fields. I don't see how the signature of this person would have enough encyclopedic significant to override point one. Especially considering the background of the person. File upload request declined. I have a lot of concerns about this image. These include, the image size, the lack of EXIF metadata, and the fact that the image can be found elsewhere on the Internet. I am not saying that Caesars Entertainment isn't the copyright holder and that they don't have the right to release the image. Just that there is enough doubt in my mind to want OTRS proof before uploading the image under my name.

If you wish to go down this route you can send an email to Caesars asking them to fill out the form located at c:COM:ET and to send it into our OTRS team at photosubmissionwikimedia.org.  On hold @Storybox03: Is there any indication that this is actually an official logo? Any official link that shows this logo? The World Vector Logo site is a third-party site and I'm not entirely sure if that is actually correct. The logo itself is not copyrighted. It is {{PD-textlogo}}. Copyright and trademark are two separate things. However, adding a non-official logo to an article really doesn't fit with our image policy. I never once claimed it would not be PD-textlogo. I explicitly said it wasn't copyrighted in my first post. It had to do with putting a fake, or user created, logo on an article. I've uploaded this as fair use, even though it's basically plain text, out of an abundance of caution for UK standards for the threshold for originality, which half the time means a stray coffee stain is copyrightable. But any way you look at it, plain text is going to be more free than an image containing the same text plus a screenshot in the background, meaning we should be using this version instead.  Done - I'm leery that some of the other images from that Flickr account may have been taken from online, and still a little bit suspicious that this may not be an original work, but instead a screenshot taken in a way that can't be verified. But having said that, I've looked and I can't verify myself that this isn't an original work of the uploader, and the image quality and positioning is consistent with an image taken from someone in the crowd during a concert.  Not done Gudiprasanna1990: Unfortunately, you cannot simply upload images taken from a subject's facebook profile. The copyright for an image is normally owned by the person who took the photo, not the person pictured in it, and the owner needs to be the one to license the image appropriately. Just because someone has posted it to facebook, does not mean it's been licensed for public use in a way that is compatible with Wikipedia.
