This list seeks to group casebooks into the recognizable categories of course title & year. Please propose potentially confusing changes at the talk page.
I think we might eventually settle for broader categories, e.g. "corporate classes," "1L classes," "constitutional classes", "intellectual property," "international law," "litigation," etc.

1L Legal methods courses
Professional briefs.
Paraphrase from "High Court Case Summaries," "Casenote Legal Briefs", "Lexis Headnotes," etc.
Student outlines and casebriefs.
Analysis.
"Shepardize" individual cases on Lexis Nexis, for heavily-footnoted treatises and law review articles. Paraphrase, don't infringe.
Young caselaw articles should, at bare minimum, consist of case briefs. WP:SCOTUS employs the following article outline
