Yasmin Monet Prince (born 1999/2000) is a British actress.

Early life[edit]

Prince grew up in Sydenham, South London. She joined the youth company at Shakespeare's Globe, and attended the BRIT School.[1]

Career[edit]

Prince made her screen debut in the 2016 Mahalia Belo TV film Ellen for Channel 4. The film was well revived and won a 2017 British Academy Television Craft Award in the best breakthrough talent category for Bello.[2]

Prince had a recurring role as Clara Mahan in Amazon Studios’ action series Hanna alongside Esme Creed-Miles and Dermot Mulroney, with her character being promoted to a series regular in season two.[3][4]

In 2020, Prince appeared in Unsaid Stories, opposite Nicholas Pinnock and was named a Screen International Star of Tomorrow.[5]

In 2021, Prince played Alison in the British romantic comedy film Boxing Day.[6] In 2022 she was cast in the film Portraits of Dangerous Women, alongside Tara Fitzgerald.[7] As of 2023, she plays Ruth in the Sky Max comedy drama Then You Run.[8]
