However, I am unable to link it to d:Q4663309 as I get an error about the page the redirect is pointing to already being linked. On n:Wikinews:Water_cooler/policy#Update_of_license there is a discussion if Wikinews have to update to CC-BY-SA-4.0 or if it is okay to keep using CC-BY-2.5 or another license.

MGA73 : FYI: Policy_talk:Terms_of_Use/Archive_2#Wikinews,_marketing_company_mediation The default move to CC BY SA 4.0 would not affect any project that expressly chooses to have a different licensing scheme [...] Wikinews and Wikidata's communities will keep their bespoke licensing schemes unless the communities choose otherwise. Can you or anyone else tell how the update can happen?
It seems that n:en:MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning is the place to change.
But I noticed that n:en:MediaWiki:Wikimedia-copyrightwarning already mention 4.0 and n:en:MediaWiki:Wikimedia-copyright mention 3.0.
So to do this right I would like to know where to make changes.
