If you are a WMF-sponsored attendee (e.g., WMF Staff, Board, or Scholarship Recipient), please do not register until you are contacted by the WMF with instructions.
We strongly recommend that you create an Eventbrite account before or during registration, as that will allow you to review or amend your registration if need be.
Onsite Registration
Everyone attending Wikimania must have a conference badge. The registration desk will be open on the 3rd floor of the Cape Sun Southern Sun Hotel, as follows:
Tuesday, July 17: 15:00 - 19:00
Wednesday, July 18: 07:00 - 16:00
Thursday, July 19: 08:00 - 19:00
Friday, July 20: 08:00 - 16:00
Saturday, July 21: 08:00 - 16:00
Sunday, July 22: 08:00 - 12:00
After July 13, online registration will be closed, and new registrations can be made at the registration desk during the above hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Onsite registrations will NOT include access to the opening or closing receptions.
Pricing
We are negotiating with sponsors to support those who can not attend otherwise, so keep checking back for those campaigns.
Prices are as follows. Please note that all prices are in US dollars. Payment must be made online with PayPal. You may select the currency you wish to pay with during the checkout process once logged into PayPal.
Pre-Conference Day 1 on July 18 - *Early Bird Rate: $50 USD; Regular Rate: $75 USD
Pre-Conference Day 2 on July 19 - *Early Bird Rate: $50 USD; Regular Rate, $75 USD
Three Day Conference on July 20-22 - *Early Bird Rate: $175 USD; Regular Rate, $200 USD
Day Pass, $75 USD per day
