No not a mistake, Muslims believe that during a person's life they undertake a test etc. The arch angles then seperate the soul from the body AFTER death when they are almost in a state of purgatory, how would this be at all possible whilst the person is alive? If it was we would have thousands and thousands of test of facutal proof about religion, rather than it being based on faith and trust, because people around the dying person would be able to witness the seperation of soul from body.
