Hello, Newtatoryd222! Having an article draft declined at Articles for Creation can be disappointing. You may ask for advice about the musical notability criteriaatthe Teahouse.
This draft has been resubmitted without any visible improvement, or with very little improvement. If you do not know what is needed to improve this draft, please ask for advice rather than making minor improvements and resubmitting.
You may ask for advice on how to improve this draft at the Teahouse or on the talk pages of any of the declining reviewers. (The declining reviewers may advise you to ask for advice at the Teahouse.)
If this draft is resubmitted without any improvement or with very little improvement again, it is likely to be rejected, and it may be nominated for deletion, or a topic-ban may even be requested against further submission by the responsible editor.
The sources are not independent sources. Has the song charted? Has the song been reviewed? Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.Hello, I'm ResolutionsPerMinute. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Fell in Love with a Girl, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ResPM (T🔈🎵C) 00:38, 9 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi Newtatoryd222! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of I'm in Love with My Car several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:I'm in Love with My Car, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 15:40, 21 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi. In this edit you added the personnel for the studio recording of the Weird Al song Canadian Idiot. I did not see where the information was available at the provided source, Tidal. Is there some sort of hidden link or mouse-over? Also, these are the regular members of his band since his first album, I don't know if it's worth mentioning if sources discussing the song don't mention them (ie: it can be assumed). (These issues of verification and importance of inclusion may apply to the edits you made to several other song articles over a period of a few hours.) – Reidgreg (talk) 14:49, 10 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thanks for uploading File:Creatures For A While.jpeg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 14:34, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for uploading File:Dave Bickler.jpeg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
{{Di-replaceable non-free use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 20 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading File:View Monster.jpeg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 22:52, 25 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

You asked how to make a disambiguation page (dab). You can just create it in Main space, put the dab name in square brackets, preview, click on the red link and start. As it doesn't need references, you can't go too wrong. Let me know if you have problems. -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 23:58, 11 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Cerebellum (talk) 15:04, 24 December 2023 (UTC)ReplyIf the only coverage of a song occurs in the context of reviews of the album on which it appears, that material should be contained in the album article and an independent article about the song should not be created.This rules out all but two sources for the purposes of ascertaining notability, namely the FAQ book, which I cannot access but appears promising, and songfacts, which I am not certain is a reliable source.

Thanks for uploading File:Step Into Christmas.jpeg.
{{Di-replaceable non-free use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 18 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading File:TFFGoldVideos.jpeg.
Thank you. Salavat (talk) 08:40, 23 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
