This is being reclassified from american cuisine to a subcategory of american cuisine. No information has been deleted.

I am pretty sure (as of 3 years ago) that you could still buy Henry Bains sauce in Louisville. I did a google search and found a website that sells a Henry Bains sauce. Maybe the original editor meant to say that the official Pendennis Club recipie is no longer bottled and sold? Biomedeng 17:17, 24 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As of April 2009, you can still purchase the Original Henry Bain's Famous Sauce at the Pendennis Club in Louisville, KY. But in order to buy it you must be a member of the social club, or get it from a member (it is a private club).
