Qualification for the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations began on the week of 20–26 September 2023 and concluded on the week of 29 November – 5 December the same year. Its draw was held at the Mohammed VI Football AcademyinSalé, Morocco on 6 July 2023 at 18:00 CET (UTC+1).[1]

A total of 12 teams qualified for the group stages and joined automatically-qualified hosts Morocco.

Format[edit]

Qualification ties took place on a home-and-away two-legged basis. If the aggregate score was tied after the second leg, the away goals rule was applied, and if still tied, the penalty shoot-out (noextra time).[2]
