Desaspidin is an anthelmintic. Desapidin may occur in natural form within some plants such as Coastal woodfern, Dryopteris arguta.[1] Since the 1950s the inhibition effects of desapidins upon phosphorylationinchloroplasts has been noted and studied.[2]
