The following are official state symbols of the Indian state of Karnataka.

ಸತ್ಯಮೇವ ಜಯತೆ Taken from Mundaka Upanishad. Inscribed in the Devanagari script.
State song "Jaya Bharata Jananiya Tanujate"[1] ಜಯ ಭಾರತ ಜನನಿಯ ತನುಜಾತೆ Officially declared on 6 January 2004.
State animal Asian elephant[2][3] (Elephas maximus) ಏಷ್ಯನ್ ಆನೆ
State bird Indian roller|blue jay[2][3] (Coracias indica) ನೀಲಕಂಠ ಪಕ್ಷಿ
State butterfly Southern birdwing[4][5] (Troides minos) ಸರ್ದನ್ ಬರ್ಡ್ ವಿಂಗ್ It was chosen in 2017.
State flower Lotus[2][3] kendavare ಕೆಂದಾವರೆ ಹೂ
State tree Sandalwood[2][3] (Santalum album) ಗಂಧದ ಮರ
State fish Carnatic carp (Puntius carnaticus)[6] ಕೊರಚ, ಗಿಡ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ, ಗೆಂಡಾಯಿ, ಮಚಲು
State fruit Mango (Mangifera indica)[7] ಮಾವಿನ ಹಣ್ಣು
State foundation day Karnataka Day

ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ದಿನ (ನವೆಂಬರ್ 1) Karnataka state formed on 1 November 1956.
