Liubei District (simplified Chinese: 柳北区; traditional Chinese: 柳北區; pinyin: Liǔběi Qū; Standard Zhuang: Liujbwj Gih) is the county seat and one of four districtsofLiuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.
