Bias is one thing, but I don't even understand what this is supposed to mean, can someone help me out there, or if it really doesn't make any sense, can we delete the sentence?

That's the release date of Just Be with Adagio as the 4th single on it. So, to me this means the single was FIRST released in 2004 (Netherlands and US), it's not that it was still a secret to the world, the single was out. On an album.
