Listing the year of just one of the skirmishes in the title of this article only adds to the confusion. Please, see: White Eagle, Red Star: The Polish-Soviet War 1919-20 By Norman Davies, page 22 (quote): "The dramatic action of 1920 is part of an unbroken sequence of events which began in obscurity at Bereza Kartuska in Byelorussia on 14 February 1919."
