I think the adverse effects section could be modified to better identify the more common vs less common adverse effects. I also think that comparing efficacy of different thiazide diuretics can be given its own section, and the trials could potentially be reviewed since there's more information out on the relative efficacy of indapamide vs hydrochlorothiazide.
