the TKS-anti-ice-system works with a fluid (www.weepingwings.com). What stand the 3 letters TKS for?--84.137.39.121 20:08, 3 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Good start, but.....

[edit]

This article is a good start, but needs some work. How about some diagrams? For example, to show how a de-icing boot works. And what about these "actuators" mentioned in the article? How, exactly, do they work? What do they look like? It's not clear at all from this article. Some drawings and a more detailed description would be very helpful. Merge discussion

[edit]

It seems we have three different articles on this topic that could be effectively combined into one article:

I would suggest that we merge all the articles into Atmospheric icing, possibly renaming it to Atmospheric icing conditions.

The FAA website frequently refers to Atmospheric icing conditions and also uses this terminology in the FAR: [[3]]

What are your thoughts?

Weeping wing merger

[edit]

I suggest merging Weeping wing with this article. Probably should be put somewhere around 'TKS Ice Protection'. Abcjake (talk) 05:45, 4 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sent a report to ice about harrassment and violence to my house and myself but I sent four or five times and it would not send. Geri at 5059803167. Thankyou. 2601:8C0:783:9BC0:869:6C54:86AC:3AF6 (talk) 07:25, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
