IV please remove content on SEA LIFE Arizona as it takes away from the idea of what a mall museum is. SEA LIFE Aquariums are not considered museums. 64.197.213.194

64.197.213.194: It is unclear what you are asking. Not considered museums by whom? Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:02, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, as I notice this edit, I don't think I understand your rationale: "Removed SEA LIFE Arizona from page as it is disrupting search engine results for the attraction's actual wikipedia page." Can you please explain this? And more importantly, can you explain why search engine results would be a Wikipedia community concern? Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:05, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This article includes more than just museums; it is about leveraging unused space for exhibits and attractions. The most popular term is "mall museums" but is not dedicated to just the classic definition of a museum. This is one of several examples, and has been in place dsince the first draft of the article in 2009. As the company which created it is also adding aquaria - and other attractions - in other malls across the U.S, I have been considering expanding the article to include others. The Grapevine, TX location is also in a mall. They are also expanding Legoland attractions into malls, which would be germaine to this article. I'm struggling to see the need for its removal based upon stated "branding" issues. ScrpIronIV 18:15, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The scope of the article does seem to ask for the inclusion of something like this Sea Life exhibit. From the lead: "...to bring more people into museums, exhibits and other educational venues." I'd still like to hear the IP's perspective. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:18, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Although having the aqaurium as an example is fantastic there seems to be a major focus solely on the aquarium rather than the importance of mall museums in the united states. Might I suggest adding additional malls so that the focus isn't on Arizona and the aquarium by itself? There a re a two other mentions in the article [for arizona] but their content is minimal. An expansion on that would help the article as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.197.213.194 (talk) 18:23, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure which version of the article you are looking at, but I see four sentences on Sea Life Arizona, surrounded by three other examples in the US that have nothing to do with aquariums. The second longest section in the article spotlights European attractions. If you want to see content about the importance of mall museums, feel free to add it, provided that it is well-referenced.
