Oppose, the lede intro gives the history of the topic and then the items follow not as a list but as individual topics. A list would have shorter sections, even one sentence descriptors. Seems fine as is, and the "list" name could be a redirect. Randy Kryn (talk) 20:53, 27 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
