Ideal sources for Wikipedia's health content are defined in the guideline Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources (medicine) and are typically review articles. Here are links to possibly useful sources of information about Pneumococcal vaccine. There is an over reliance on a single paper here, and while the general points being made may be correct for the most part, I would dispute that they are all absolutes. In particular arguing that immunity only lasts x years is a notoriously oversimplified statement to make with immunity often lasting a lifetime in some individuals and mere weeks in others (if immunity is gained at all).
