Psychic archaeology

[edit]

I think you've done a nice job with this entry so far. However, please look at the changes that I made to the first couple of paragraphs. I've added several additional links as well as some text on skepticism to try and make the entry more balanced. You may even want to include a new section providing links to critiques of psychic archaeology (with citations) beyond just Williams. Remember, the goal here is to construct an entry that is neutral in overall tone and content yet balanced in accurately representing multiple points-of-view. As a general comment, I think you could include some additional references. You may also get some additional ideas by looking at entries for other kinds of psychic activities, such as the phenomenon of the psychic detective. Another section to begin--but don't go crazy with this--would be something like "Psychic archaeology in fiction" or "Psychic archaeology in film", with links to examples of how psychic archaeology appears in popular culture. You might also expand your list of archaeological sites that have attracted applications of psychic archaeology, including the Great Sphinx of Giza and Palenque. I have a feeling this entry will grow over time! Hoopes (talk) 14:02, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I see that Dougweller (talk) has put some specific comments about your article on his talk page. Scroll down to the section titled Student Editors at KU. Hoopes (talk) 17:36, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am going to update the page, add criticism if necessary and suggestions are welcome.Alatanar
