This game has absolutely nothing to do with the Sim series, so what is it doing in the list of Sim games? Just because Electronic Arts, owner of Maxis, published the game, that doesn't make it related to any Maxis game. SpinyMcSpleen 06:45, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image:ThemePARKWorld.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
