OEIS (home page)

This template creates an external link to the On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences (OEIS). Typically this is used in the section "External links".

Parameter |1= is the identifying A-number, |2= (optional) is the name of the sequence:

* {{OEIS el|A100000|Ishango bone}} →

Usage[edit]

The template requires the sequence number and optionally a name.

OEIS sequence A100000

OEIS sequence A100000 (Ishango bone)

When in doubt, or the template does not show as expected: use the numbers: |1, 2=

OEIS sequence A100000 (Ishango bone)

... or else, use parameter names |sequencenumber=, |name=
OEIS sequence A100000 (Ishango bone)

This template uses {{Cite web}}. When used as a reference, add the <ref>...</ref> tag

Some text.[1]

OEIS subpages[edit]

The OEIS site can have several subpages with a sequence page. These can be linked using |subpage=. Options:

|subpage= (default) OEIS sequence A046970
|subpage=list OEIS sequence A046970: list
|subpage=graph OEIS sequence A046970: graph
|subpage=refs OEIS sequence A046970: references
|subpage=history OEIS sequence A046970: history
|subpage=text OEIS sequence A046970: text
|subpage=internal OEIS sequence A046970: internal format
|subpage=listen OEIS sequence A046970: into music (midi audio)
