Both the Jungle and Arctic tabs exist. And because of the removal of unit shoulder patches from the Army dress uniform, the Army wide individual tabs became badges. HOWEVER: (a) there is zero evidence than anyone has worn the Jungle or Arctic tabs as metal badges on their dress ASU, and (b) the Army is this year switching to the new pink & greens dress uniform which returns to having unit shouler patches which almost certainly means that the end of having a badge equivalent of tabs.
Long story short: no there is no evidence that the Jungle or Arctic tabs have ever had a badge equivalent, *and* the entire existence of the Army treating tabs to have a badge equivalent on the dress uniform is about to end. - Atfyfe (talk) 06:06, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
