May 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citingareliable source, as you did to Pacific Highway (Australia), is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Please note, your edit to this article also removed a reference that was re-used elsewhere in the article. When (validly) removing references, please ensure that references are not re-used and if they are, please ensure that the reference is moved appropriately. AussieLegend (talk) 08:32, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

June 2009[edit]

Welcome and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test on the page Eragon (film) worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. ♥NiciVampireHeart04:34, 27 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to Sydney-Newcastle Freeway. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Bidgee (talk) 06:28, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Love Is Reason (a-ha song) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Doesn't appear to pass WP:NSONG

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Eeekster (talk) 22:50, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

April 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to More (Usher song), but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. May 2011[edit]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Darren Hayes. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 01:05, 14 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Using page history[edit]

Hi, I don't know whether you knew that it is possible to see previous versions of Wikipedia articles, and to go back to a selected version. Please see WP:REVERT for information on this.

I mention this because you helpfully improved the page We All Go Back to Where We Belong. In future, if you see a page that is plainly wrong about something that you would expect to have a decent article, it's worth checking the page history. In that case, something had gone badly wrong on the preceding edit, and you could have saved yourself some effort by reverting to a previous version. Hope this helps! – Fayenatic (talk) 12:18, 19 October 2011 (UTC) Thanks for that help, I did know about the history page and through that, reverting. Its just I did not think to do so because I believed this page had just been created like that.[reply]

A tag has been placed on Electric (Pet Shop Boys album), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

This page qualifies for speedy deletion because Wikipedia is not a Crystal Ball

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nominationbyvisiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Eduemoni↑talk↓ 02:32, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edittoAxis (song) may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
