I suppose there were talk of you applying for adminship. Just wanted to let you know that i would be supporting it as you patrol many India related articles. It would really help, especially after User:Vivvt getting wrongly blocked. SpacemanSpiff and MikeLynch used to keep it under control i guess. But both have vanished now and there are no much admins left who have knowledge of these articles and can thus prevent such wrong decisions. I would somehow come to know when the RfA starts; but don't hesitate to drop a note if i miss it. Slam this note if they accuse you of canvassing. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 12:19, 18 June 2013 (UTC)

Titodutta, it's been nearly five days since you put the "doing" icon on this nomination. Will you be reviewing it soon—within the next 24 hours—or should I ask for a new reviewer? BlueMoonset (talk) 13:05, 19 June 2013 (UTC)
As you well know the GA nomination of President of India article was rejected mainly on the well formatted issue. So, if you could, it would be of great help fixing it. Thanks. Suri 100 (talk) 06:35, 20 June 2013 (UTC)
We are currently running a study on the effects of adding additional information to SuggestBot's suggestions. Participation in the study is voluntary. Should you wish to not participate in the study, or have questions or concerns, you can find contact information on the SuggestBot study page.
IMPORTANT CHANGES: We have modified the selection of articles SuggestBot suggests and altered the design to incorporate more information about the articles, as described in this explanation.
Note: All columns in this table are sortable, allowing you to rearrange the table so the articles most interesting to you are shown at the top. All images have mouse-over popups with more information.
We have changed the number of suggested articles and which categories they are selected from. The number of stubs has been greatly reduced, the number of articles needing sources doubled, and two new categories added (orphans and unencyclopaedic articles). We have also modified the layout of the suggestions and added sortable columns with various types of information about each article. The first two columns are:
The method we use to predict article quality also allows us to assess whether an article might need specific types of work in order to improve its quality. The work needed might not correspond to cleanup tags added to the article, since our method is not based on those. We have added five columns reflecting this work assessment, where a red X indicates improvement is needed. Placing your cursor over an X should give you a pop-up with a short description of the work needed. The five columns seek to answer the following five questions:
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. We appreciate that you have signed up to receive suggestions regularly, your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping!
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please let us know on SuggestBot's talk page. Regards from Nettrom (talk), SuggestBot's caretaker. -- SuggestBot (talk) 11:31, 20 June 2013 (UTC)

Some webpages just copy all their contents from Wikipedia articles without giving any credits. For example:
This webpage takes all its information from Girish Kumar and Ramaiya Vastavaiya. Now, the problem is that this webpage contains information about Girish Kumar's height which I would like to add to the Wikipedia article. But if I give a link to this webpage on the Girish Kumar article, then I think the whole article will be subject to copyright infringement. What to do? Bubaikumar (talk) 16:10, 21 June 2013 (UTC)

I had tried to make a constructive suggestion to the Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Biographies, but you had removed it saying that it is disruptive. I did not mean to be disruptive. I was told that I should discuss the problem of successive usage of names of people from India on this page, which is what I was trying to do. I am not too experienced with these things so maybe I did not follow the correct procedure, despite my efforts to find out what is the correct procedure. I thought the correct procedure would be to add another country specific usage guideline to the Manual of Style page, and then discuss why I had done this in the talk section of that page, which is what I did. Was this the correct procedure? If not, what is the correct procedure. The problem is that many Indian names should have exceptions to the rule of subsequent usage whereby only one name is used, because in some cases two names are required due to the accepted conventions of usage in academic articles and books. This is not just a silly point about one entry or one edit war. I have no desire for an edit war. Please advise.Khaydock (talk) 07:59, 26 June 2013 (UTC)

Hello,
It's been long since we worked on an article [I ended up horribly botching your astronomy DYK though]. But thankfully I've been in better shapes now than then. Are there any articles I can work on to help WP:IND? I do mostly CE work, and hopefully, there must be some article or the other which needs help.
Also, is it true that you have an adoption program now?
