I am nominating the 2003 Oscars for featured list because I believe it has great potential to become a Featured List. I also followed how the 1929, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1994, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2013 Oscars were written. Comments – Winners and nominees: "It was the eight film to receive that many nominations." "eight" → "eighth". Double punctuation by ref 12 should be removed. The period isn't needed with the exclamation mark there. Ceremony information: "However, as time passed and Crystal still undecided regarding the job". Needs "was" before "still", or you could just replace that word with "remained". Ratings and reception: The number for the % decrease in viewership is missing. There's a stray bracket in the publisher of reference 49. The end of the bibliography has a template regarding citation inconsistency. It looks like it has something to do with the postscript parameter, which I haven't encountered before.
