WP:CBB doesn’t generally do Division 3 program coach templates unless they were either previously division 1 or if they had an unusual number of notable coaches. This template only has two actual links and it is debateable as to the majority of these coaches meeting WP:GNGRikster2 (talk) 14:02, 8 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It isn't exactly clear when one is supposed to use this template. I don't see a purpose. —Mr. Guye (talk) (contribs) 03:15, 7 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
An inline cleanup template to flag actual or potential mismatches in quotations or italics. For example, a suspect section can be tagged and checked and corrected later. Mismatched quotation marks are one of the scourges of WP and are as worthy of cleanup attention as most other inline tag concerns. Xfd seems a rather extreme measure to address a lack of explanation or documentation (WP:ATD), but the situation did languish for an entire three minutes after the missing documentation tag appeared [1][2]. Some basic doc is now added, keep. Dl2000 (talk) 04:48, 7 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think I quite understand the purpose of this template. Looking at its use at Hindu genealogy registers at Haridwar and Kanad, it appears to flag up unmatched single quotation marks, the kind that are for example used in wikicode for italics formatting. Is that the indended use? These problems are minor, almost to the poing of being cosmetic, they don't even always affect the display of the page, and they're trivial to correct. If you find such a glitch, simply fix it, there's no need to flag it up. – Uanfala 16:29, 7 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. The only thing wrong with this template was it had no documentation, and kudos to Dl2000 for supplying it. It's to be employed where, for example, an end-quote character is missing, and the editor who notices the problem is not in a position to verify the quote to determine exactly where the the end-quote character should be placed. The next best thing to fixing the error is flagging it so that someone who can confirm the quote can fix it. TJRC (talk) 22:01, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
