Welcome to the military aviation task force, which covers all aspects of aerial warfare. If you have any questions about articles or are generally seeking advice, you're encouraged to ask at the main military history talk page, or you can directly approach one of the task force participants below.

The coordinators of the Military history WikiProject can be contacted here.

Scope

[edit]

This task force covers all aspects of aerial warfare, including:

  • Air battles or campaigns, air raids, and bombing strikes.
  • Leaders, pilots, crewmen, ground staff, and strategists, as well as designers and researchers involved in the development of military aviation technology.
  • Air units, air bases, and significant individual airplanes or squadrons.
  • Air combat tactics, aerial warfare strategies, weaponry, terminology, and technology related to aerial warfare.

Any article related to this task force should be marked by adding Aviation-task-force=yesorAviation=y to the {{WPMILHIST}} project banner at the top of its talk page (see the project banner instructions for more details on the exact syntax). This will automatically place it into Category:Military aviation task force articles.
