98five Sonshine FM has rebranded

The station is now no longer referring to itself as 98five, and instead going by Sonshine (98.5FM). They have a new logo which can be seen on their website here:[1]. 49.255.18.82 (talk) 07:27, 11 January 2024 (UTC)

Does Rewind 92.5 have kids music?

I'll take that as a no. Why? Because Rewind 92.5 has adult music and bad words. radio stations these days used a technique to blur out bad words in their songs to make the song clean for kids and teens. 2604:2D80:9F02:FE00:F979:94CE:23B2:2C4D (talk) 00:04, 3 February 2024 (UTC)

Technical Information/Subchannel Chart a la Digital TV

I believe it would be a good idea to (generally) separate technical and programming-based history just as Wikipedia articles for television stations do. For radio stations operating in hybrid digital mode, it would be helpful to have a chart for the subchannels and anything pertaining to them would be separate from the main body of the page. KevinTheGuy (talk) 06:53, 15 January 2024 (UTC)

We do have something like that. It's in the infobox, WCDW is a perfect example of this. Though most of the time it's just a single HD feed like WDREorWKSI-FM. - NeutralhomerTalk • 17:14, 15 January 2024 (UTC)
Information on HD subchannels usually belongs in |subchannels= in the infobox. An HD+translator pair may merit a level-2 header if it is separately programmed. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 17:17, 15 January 2024 (UTC)
Agreed; there's really no need for a gridded chart as there aren't different FM audio standards like there are video standards (and if we get into bitrate that's exclusively enthusiast information), and the subchannels which have analog translator simulcasts complicate things beyond belief to begin with.
