web出典でaccess-dateつきのものをbotで統合しないでください

紅い目の女の子と申します。重複している出典を整理する編集をbotで行って頂いているものと推察しますが、web出典についてaccess-dateが付記されているものについては、自動統合の対象外としていただけないでしょうか？(魔女見習いをさがしてのような事例です)

書籍や雑誌のように、一度出版されると基本的には内容が変化しない(もしくは改訂される場合には、通常版や刷が変化する)ものに対して統合するのはよいかもしれませんが、webサイトは予告なしに内容が更新されることが多々あります。また、webサイトは時に内部構造が大きく変わることがあります。こうした事情があるため、ある時点では同じ場所に書かれていた内容がいつの間にか全く違う場所に書かれていたり、あるいは同じURLであっても、上の方に書いてあるためすぐ見つけられる記述と、たくさん下に向かってスクロールをしないと見つけられない記述が同時に存在することもあります。

このような場合、過去のある時点ではたまたま同じ日に記述があることを確認してaccess-dateを記入したとしても、次に更新するために確認する人が、必ずしもすべての記述を確認できるわけではありません。もし出典を統合しなければある1か所のaccessdateを書き換えても、他の個所には影響しません。しかし、統合してしまうと、ある1か所を書き換えただけで他の複数個所も勝手に書き換わってしまいます。後から出典と適切に対応した記述になっているかを確かめる際、access-dateを参考にして、アーカイブサービスなどを閲覧して、過去にどのように記述されていたかを確認することがあります。この際にも、統合されていると、本来閲覧したのとは異なるaccess-dateが表示される可能性があります。

勿論統合したほうが便利な場合もありますが、基本的には人が確認して、統合してもよいと判断したものを統合するべきで、botで自動化するには向かない作業です。

My bot merges if the same content of the <ref> tag is used multiple times. I do not merge by URL, title or publisher.

The date of accession is inaccurate. It means either the work either exists (is an active URL) or The information at that URL was there at that time.

A higher priority is for me the reader, like the editor or the bot. If he wants to change the definition call, he has to copy the definition definition, replace the call and edit it.

Do people change references often? I do not think..

私も一人の編集者としてご意見を申し上げました。私は、多少編集の利便性が悪くなったとしても、記事の品質や正確性を大事にすべきだと考えていたため、上記の提案をしました。しかし一般的には、そのような考え方は少数派のようです。たとえ出典の中身を書き換える機会が少ないとしても、その際に正確性を維持できるようにするほうが、百科事典としては重要なことだと思うのですが……。

@Dušan Kreheľ No. "Internet Archive Bot" helps us to modify broken external link. I'm concerned about cases where the website url does not change but the content of the website change. In such case, the URL is not broken, so "Internet Archive Bot" does not work. "Internet Archive Bot" has nothing to do with my concern.

Suppose that the same website reference is given to two different texts. If the part of content of website is removed, the following may happen; the reference of one sentence is valid, but the reference of the other is invalid. If the references are merged, when a valid reference is modified, the content of the invalid reference is rewritten at the same time. This is incorrect...:( In order to avoid such problems, when I use the same website as a source more than once, I make a decision on whether or not to merge the reference based on the website's structure and content.

My bot, Wiki editor or the output generator of the wiki page don't do the semantically meaning of wiki references, if You use none reference parameter. They don't know about corrective reference unless the bot checks it. The update of reference must do human.

 コメント　私の場合、脚注ツールチップの動作が不安定なのであまり気にしていませんでした。

経済の出典2と6を比較すると分かるのですが、Dušan Kreheľ (bot)が作業した出典2は脚注ツールチップが表示されませんが。同じ略記法の出典6は表示されます。Mac版Safariで確認しました。 HTML形式の違いを見ると <a href>に#が2つ入るのが原因と考えられます。

@Anaka Satamiya: My bot revision 90141764 have the correct references. You can look, the reference number 14 have the 2 used calls – as super links "a" and "b" between the number of the reference and the reference text.

Repairs were prohibited by the administrator. Apparently, such an activity would require a request (or notification) about a new robot activity.

The problem is that the syntax is good, so in a way it is not the robot's fault, but the MediaWiki software.

There are two possibilities, either a robot task or repair the MediaWiki software. I am registering a change request.

On summary

Hi, I have always been thinking about this but "More used with only one reference definition: 1 new reference and 1 new reference call." isn't really comprehensible and doesn't immediately tell other people what the bot did in the relevant edit.
