Reasons not to use Ancestry.com
Don't let Ancestry.com test your DNA. It will sell the information.
You, or your relatives,
could be denied medical insurance as a result.
Ancestry advertised MyFamily.com as a secure place to store
family memories, then
shut it down and discarded all the text people
had posted.
You can use network services to communicate information, but don't
depend on them as a place to preserve it.
