Borisoglebsky District (Russian: Борисогле́бский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[7] district (raion), one of the seventeeninYaroslavl Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,750 square kilometers (680 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (awork settlement) of Borisoglebsky.[1] Population: 12,630 (2010 Census);[3] 14,847 (2002 Census);[9] 15,967 (1989 Soviet census).[10] The population of the administrative center accounts for 44.7% of the district's total population.[3]
